Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellation and refund requests are considered for services provided by LAKMAL DIGITAL SERVICE. The scope, price, deliverables, and payment schedule for a service should be confirmed with you before work begins.
Requesting a cancellation or refund review
Contact me through WhatsApp as soon as possible. Include the service discussed and the reason for your request. I will review the agreed scope, work completed, payments, and any applicable legal requirements.
Work not yet started
If a service is cancelled before work begins, any refund due will be assessed under the written agreement, the circumstances of the cancellation, and applicable law. A refund is not automatic unless the agreement or applicable law provides for one.
Work in progress or completed
For work already started or delivered, the value of completed work, time spent, and costs already committed to the agreed service may be considered when determining any amount due. The specific treatment will depend on the written service agreement and applicable law. If you believe an agreed deliverable has not been provided, contact me so the issue can be reviewed.
Platform decisions and third-party charges
Account recovery, account access, content removal, advertising approval, and campaign performance depend on third-party platforms and are not guaranteed. A platform’s decision alone does not create a promise of a refund; any refund request will be assessed under the agreed service scope and applicable law.
Third-party charges, such as advertising spend or platform fees, are subject to the relevant provider’s terms and refund rules. LAKMAL DIGITAL SERVICE cannot reverse charges collected directly by another provider.
Applicable rights
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. If this policy conflicts with a written agreement for a particular service, the agreement and applicable law will be considered for that service.
